What happened with Lexapro?

I weaned myself off of Lexapro because I hate the sexual side effects. Lexapro really does assistance with my depression and anxiety and I volition become back on information technology if I don't like Prozac but I wanted to endeavour Prozac to see if the sexual side effects were any milder. The Wellbutrin helps, which is why information technology's prescribed to me and I just want to see how Prozac treats me.

My Mental Health Background

My Prozac Side Effects Diary Calendar week 1

Mean solar day i: 24th Wed/Thurs

• 10 mg taken around 3:30 pm to see how I react to the medication. I'thousand guessing I'll desire to take this before bed (like I did with Lexapro) but I'grand experimenting.
• Symptoms experienced in the offset 24 hours: dry mouth within a few hours and a slight headache before I went to bed around ten. I slept neat. I also did day 3 of this workout hybrid (leg day) and so I'm certain that helped! No other problems in the kickoff 24 hours.
• I besides take 300 mg Wellbutrin Twoscore daily in the am.

Twenty-four hour period ii: 25th Thurs

• 10 mg taken at four pm. I still oasis't decided when I'm going to take this. Tomorrow I might effort to have information technology in the morn and come across how that goes.
• Haven't noticed annihilation besides a slight headache once again. This side effects diary might be boring; if so, I apologize in advance. Only that'd likewise be not bad news…if it ends up working for me.

Day 3: 26th Fri

Day iv: 27th Sat

Day five: 28th Sun

• Not much of an appetite. Blahhhhh.

24-hour interval 6: 29th Monday

• Exact same as yesterday: nauseous and not much of an appetite at all.
• Missed today'southward workout simply will try to get it in tomorrow. (I'one thousand on week 2 of my Transform 20/21 Day Set up Extreme hybrid.)
• I was wide awake at 4:30 this morning time and couldn't become dorsum to sleep but I've been sleeping all night like normal.

Day 7: 30th Tues

• 10 mg am. Today is the last day of 10 mg. Tomorrow I'm bumped upwards to xx mg.
• A little nauseous but much meliorate than the final 2 days. I did get my workout in today.

Week 1 is done.

Overall the first few days were much improve than the last few days. I experienced the exact opposite with Lexapro. The first few days were the worst ones. I'm a fiddling nervous to crash-land upwardly to 20 mg tomorrow.

At this indicate, the side effects have been milder with Prozac than Lexapro but I'm notwithstanding going to monitor because some take longer to notice.

My Prozac Side Effects Diary Week 2

Day viii: 1st Wed

Twenty-four hour period 9: 2d Thurs

• I do kind of feel like I have more free energy on Prozac than I did on Lexapro and that is a HUGE PLUS.

Day 13: sixth Mon

• Super anxious and wide awake at 5 am. I haven't felt this much anxiety in a long time so I'll keep an centre on this. I presume it'll pass.
• 20 mg am.
• It's five pm at present and I'm still pretty anxious. I promise I can still sleep tonight.

Day fourteen: 7th Tues

• xx mg taken in the am.
• I did non sleep much at all last night.
• My feet was elevated today but it didn't feel as bad every bit yesterday, that was the worst! It'southward normal for SSRI'south to make anxiety worse in the beginning and then I expected this. It happened with Lexapro besides.
• Final day of the first 2 weeks on the medication.
• Worked from domicile today and took a short nap early on in the afternoon. I continue yawning and I know I'm tired then I hope to sleep proficient tonight. I call back I'll take half a sleeping pill just in case. Cuz lack of slumber does not help anything!!

Calendar week 2 is done.
